Article 1: Scope of Services

The AMC Global mobile application (publisher: AI Global Assistance LLC, Wyoming, USA) enables users to request roadside assistance services (towing, on-site repair, passenger transport) across Europe and beyond, in accordance with the purchased and activated package.

Article 2: User Obligations

The user is obliged to provide accurate information regarding their location and the nature of the breakdown. The roadside assistance service applies to the vehicle specified in the active package (except for “Personal Packages”). Activating a package while the vehicle is already broken down is considered a serious misuse and will result in refusal of assistance and suspension of the account.

Article 3: Real-Time Tracking and Assistance

AMC Global undertakes to arrange the dispatch of a partner service upon confirmation of the request. The expected arrival time varies depending on traffic and weather conditions. The user can track the driver's arrival in real time via GPS integration within the app.

Article 4: Payments and Subscriptions

All package prices are displayed transparently prior to purchase. Purchases made within the app are subject to the terms and conditions of the official payment systems (Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing). Subscription renewals can be disabled in your account settings on the respective store.

Article 5: Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

For all disputes, an amicable resolution will be sought as a first course of action. Depending on the nature of the dispute, the competent court shall be that of the publisher's registered seat (Wyoming, USA).
